Time has changed!!!
Literacy is no longer the traditional definition which is being able to read and write, but technology literacy. The literate of the 21st century must be able to download, upload, rip, burn, chat, save, blog, Skype, and share. Why? To make us productive, efficient, and effective.
That’s it. An illiterate would no longer be identified by in ability to read or write but absence of the 21st century skills. There are too many technologies and developments that requires from this generation ability to combine a number of skills together.
Teachers are central to nation’s development, hence the need to equip our pre and in- service teachers with meaningful skills. Technology integration is a crucial issue which should be looked into properly.
Sir, I will get to discuss this with you, if opportuned.

i concur with your point sir. Social rationale also recognizes the increasing imperatives of IT in our everyday social, political, and cultural life. Therefore, it is highly important to provide individuals with capabilities to use technologies so that they can be able to fully participate in the society, It must be noted that the individuals’ interest and willingness must be in place in order to be comfortable using the 21st century technology.
